Pending to ship

The order has already a created label and is awaiting courier pickup.

Shipped

The order is already in the delivery process. Arrived at least to the first hub of the courier.

Shipment failed

The order suffered an incident during the delivery process. Courier notified about the incident.

Completed

The order has been received by the recipient and the flow has been completed.

Canceled

The order has been cancelled before the shipment.
