Already have your orders on Crowdsender? Then it's time to generate your first label.

Labels can be generated in the Order table in the tab “Inbound Orders” or individually directly from order details.

From the order table

You can generate labels for a selection of orders or only for a single order.

Generate labels for several orders by one click

Step 1. Go to Orders > Inbound Orders, select the orders you want to generate a shipment label for in the table or apply a filter.

Once you selected min. 1 order you have the option to launch actions:

Step 2. You have three options to group your labels:

  • PDF per label: for each box of the selected orders a single PDF is generated and stored in Documents > Unique documents.

  • Unique PDF: one document with all shipment labels of the selected orders will be generated and stored in Documents > Grouped documents.

  • Custom PDF: Select from the offered fields how you want to group your shipment labels. On order of the selection different PDFs are generated and stored in Documents > Grouped documents For your customized grouping we offer the following values:

    • Send date | Origin | Destination | Courier | Custom fields

Step 3. Once the action “Generate labels” confirmed wait for the notification on the upper right corner . Orders pass from the Tab Inbound orders to Label created.

And follow the progress in the progress modal. Each line one action.
